Carlos Jankilevich is a Costa Rican landscape architect and principal of Tropica International. He combines his private practice with academic activities as Director of the masters program in landscape and site design at the University of Costa Rica. He is also an active member of IFLA, not only as the delegate from Costa Rica but also as Chairman of the IFLA Central America and the Caribbean Committee as well as the IFLA Americas Region Cultural Landscapes Committee.
